Weekly Meal Plan #7

Hello friends! Welcome to another weekly menu plan. I feel like the days just zoom by! Where does all the time go?! As always, here are some tried & true dinner ideas that I have made and we all loved. I know meal planning can be a hassle for some or some don’t even know where to begin. I hope this helps you 🙂

I have made most of them several times over and over again. While you’re there, don’t forget to follow me on Pinterest. I have tons of recipe boards that have lots of yummy family dinner, snack, and dessert ideas.

Sunday: Fettucine Alfredo w/ Guiltless Alfredo Sauce (seriously, the bomb! you won’t even be able to tell the diff), garlic bread, and green salad

Monday: Honey Lime Chicken Taquitos w/ Rice & Beans

Tuesday: Enchilada Lasagna w/ shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, sour cream, and avocado

Wednesday: leftover/kitchen’s closed

Thursday: Chicken Parmesan Meatball Bake w/ fresh fruit salad

Friday: Honey Mustard Baked Chicken & roasted vegetables [I always reduce the mustard down to 1/3 cup]

Saturday: Baked Spaghetti (kid fave)

Snack for the week: Mini Chocolate Chip Muffins

Dessert for the week: Chocolate Bundt Cake [so stinkin’ good & EASY to make!]

*** after my sister called with some confusion…. I always use the 1 cup of heavy whipping cream {not the cool whip topping- as the recipe states for the chocolate drizzle/frosting over the bundt cake} Not whipped, just straight from the little carton 🙂 Hope that helps! ***
