This easy & delicious salsa comes together in only a couple of minutes. Canned tomatoes, cilantro, lime, and some avocado mix together and make for one amazing salsa!
I have been making this avocado salsa for a couple of years now. Ever since I bought the ‘Picky Palate’ cookbook. It’s seriously so yummy. I love the creaminess that the avocado brings to it.
I always make this homemade salsa or this avocado salsa when a recipe calls for it. A homemade salsa tastes SO much better than the jarred. The flavor is so fresh & bright. And, it really is not hard to make at all. You dump a few ingredients into a blender or a food processor, and chop/pulse/mix away until your desired consistency. That’s it!
