Hey! Hey! Another menu plan is up today. 5 dinner ideas + 1 dessert to help your week run smoothly. Make a plan, write a list, buy your ingredients and save stress during the week because you’ll already know what to feed everyone πŸ™‚Β

These meals are either quick, 30 (ish) minute meals or slow cooker meals that you can dump and go in the crock pot in the morning and have dinner waiting when you get home. Except this week I snuck in that tortilla vegetable soup….. it’s not either a super quick one or a set it and go slow cooker meal. There is lots of prep work involved with cutting the veggies. But, with that said the leftovers are phenomenal all week for lunch. So, it may not be the quickest dinner but for the amount of days it can be lunch I think it makes up for all that chopping.Β

I am actually kind of not looking forward to this. Well, I take that back, I am looking forward to the week and dreading it all at the same time. My little sister (the baby of the family) is getting married on Friday! We leave on Tuesday to fly out to Utah and party all week. That part I am excited about but I am a bit a lot anxious for the airplane trip with 4 kids (age 7 and younger) for 5 hours. Oh, and don’t forget all the luggage to haul, the bags, the diaper bags, the stroller….. say a prayer for me cause I’m not sure I will survive this, haha πŸ™‚

I’ll still be posting some new recipes for y’all. Don’t you worry!

20 minutes and one skillet pan is all you need for these sweet & smoky bbq beef ranchero tacos. Baked beans, corn, and some Mexican spices come together for one delicious taco dinner that is sure to be become a family favorite. Β

These tacos have not gotten the attention that they deserve! A quick, 20 minute meal with easy ingredients that is so crazy delish. It’s a no-brainer really….. you NEED these tacos. They’re a fun twist to the classic for taco Tuesday.Β

Cheeseburger biscuit cups are a kid-approved, family favorite dinner that are perfect for back-to-school. Simple ingredients, easy to prepare, and a 30 minute meal. Refrigerated biscuit cups loaded with a cheeseburger filling. Everyone will love these!

These have never gotten a bad review. Cheesy little biscuit cups of seasoned beef that tastes like a cheeseburger. Serve with a salad and/or some fruit and you have a deliciously simple dinner that your kids won’t even complain about.Β

The southwest flavors that you love about chicken tortilla soup combined with healthy, hearty vegetables and spices. ThisΒ chicken tortilla vegetable soupΒ is so delicious and sure to be a family favorite. Top with crispy corn tortilla strips and cilantro.

One of my favorite soups on the blog. Takes the classic ingredients & spices of a tortilla soup and combines them with a vegetable soup. It’s really so yummy, comforting, and healthy! Plus, the leftovers are fabulous for lunches all week.

Slow Cooker Asian Sesame Chicken

4 ingredients is all you need! Dump and go slow cooker meal that is loaded with flavor. Serve over some rice and drizzle with extra sauce that makes itself during the cook time. Can’t get any easier than that.

Slow cooker creamy Italian chicken is an easy and creamy delicious dinner. It's a dump & go slow cooker meal that takes just minutes to prepare and then it's ready when you are. The chicken is fall apart tender and it makes the most amazing creamy Italian sauce. Serve over pasta for a delicious dinner.

Chicken is cooked in a creamy sauce that is seasoned with salad dressing and an Italian seasoning packet. Serve over some cooked pasta, rice, or quinoa. So creamy and delicious and one of my family’s favorites.Β

Moist and tender pumpkin cake loaded with warm pumpkin spices and topped with a sweet cinnamon & brown sugar streusel. Mix up a simple vanilla glaze to drizzle over the top. This streusel pumpkin cake is the best Fall pumpkin dessert recipe | #pumpkinrecipes #pumpkin_recipes #pumpkincake

This cake has been so popular lately with readers! My sister made it and immediately told me that she was going to make again for a different dinner party. It really is so delicious. Soft, tender, and thick pumpkin cake piled high with a cinnamon streusel crumble and topped with an easy vanilla glaze. Wait to glaze the cake until it’s semi-cooled so it does not melt into the hot cake.Β
