Family menu plan that your entire family will love! Easy, family approved, simple ingredients, and delicious food to enjoy together!
I’ve missed doing the weekly menu plans here on the blog! It’s been a couple of months since the last one but I’m back. The Holidays were so busy and these menu plans take quite awhile to put together so they were one of the first things to go.
Life has settled down. The kids are in school and not hopped up Christmas candy and cookies. Thank goodness! πΒ
I may not always follow my weekly menu plan exactly because let’s be honest, things do come up during the week or some days I just don’t feel like cooking. Like this last week when I literally spent hours each day trying to get my 2nd grader to read and do his homework. After dealing with that I just wanted some Excedrin and a Diet Coke! Oh, and we’re getting our house ready to list for sale….. it’s basically a nightmare, haha!
But, having a menu plan does make my weeks so easy because I have a plan in place and the ingredients in the kitchen. So if your goal for the New Year is to menu plan then let me help you. I have lots of them here on the blog!

SHEET PAN HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN & POTATOES
One pan is all you need for this deliciously sweet and savory dish. Tender, flavorful chicken cooks with chunks of potatoes.Β
SLOW COOKER CREAMY CHICKEN WILD RICE SOUP
This soup is easily one of my very favorite soup recipes! I always serve this creamy soup with some crusty bakery rolls or make my 1 hour buttery rolls. Bread dipped in this soup is beyond amazing.Β
My family loves breakfast for dinner. These egg muffin cups are one of our favorites. Cook them up along with some bacon or sausage, and some hash browns for a yummy breakfast dinner.Β
FRENCH BREAD HOT CHICKEN HOAGIES
This is always my go-to dinner for when I am short on time, have leftover chicken, or forgot to get to the grocery store. Inexpensive ingredients are all you need for this twist on a chicken salad sandwich. Crunchy, soft, and warm bread is filled with a creamy chicken mixture.Β
CREAMY CHICKEN & CORN CHOWDERΒ
Creamy chowder loaded with creamed corn, chicken, and veggies in a flavorful broth. If you love corn like we do, serve this alongside some corn bread.Β
(Excuse the no picture of this one….. just trust me, it’s yummy and you must make it π )
