Family menu plan that your entire family will love! Easy, family approved, simple ingredients, and delicious food to enjoy together!
Welcome to the weekly menu plan! I have been slacking at these lately. Only because life just seems to be a but crazy and since these menu plans take a bit of time to create, they seem to one of the first things that go from my to-do list……. or I should call it “the list that never gets done” haha π
I don’t know about you but when I have my dinner plans all ready to go for the week, the week runs smoother and I feel better prepared for the craziness ahead. Hopefully these menu plans help you out because that is my #1 goal for putting these together for you.Β
Browse these easy family recipes and find a couple to try out. No crazy ingredients, no spending hours in the kitchen. Just simple, delicious, family approved food. And because it’s Super Bowl weekend I added the super popular avocado dip to the menu. Because it’s basically a football party necessity. Thanks for being here!

CHEESY CHICKEN TACO BURRITO BOWLS
Add a few ingredients into the slow cooker and let it cook all day. Serve with cilantro lime rice and all your favorite burrito bowl toppings! We love serving this cilantro lime salsa verde sauce with them too.
BEEF TAQUITO ENCHILADA CASSEROLE
This continue to be one of my family’s favorite dinners. For some reason it has not gotten much attention on the blog! Use leftover rice and a can of enchilada for this easy casserole that is topped with frozen taquitos that get crispy while baking. It’s really so yummy.Β
{20 minute} ONE PAN CHICKEN TERIYAKI
You can have dinner on the table in 20 minutes. Chunks of tender chicken in a homemade teriyaki sauce. Serve over rice or quinoa and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. I like to buy a bag of microwave steamable veggies for a side dish to make a complete meal.Β
CHEESY TACO SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE
Cheesy. Pasta. Taco! Basically the best casserole ever. This is one that everyone will love.Β
CREAMY CHICKEN POT PIE CASSEROLE
Creamy and flavorful chicken pot pie filling that comes together in a skillet pan. Add to a casserole dish and top with refrigerated biscuits. This is my personal favorite comfort food dinner.
AVOCADO DIP
It’s super bowl weekend which means that this avocado dip is a must make. It’s always a hit wherever I take it.Β
MONSTER COOKIE DOUGH CHEESEBALL DIP
This sweet dip is another thing that always has to be made for a football party. Or just make it anytime for one of the best treats ever! No eggs, no flour so it’s perfectly safe to eat cookie dough. Serve with mini cookies, Nilla wafers, and pretzels.Β
