Welcome! I can’t believe it’s already July. I am actually super excited because that just means we’re one month closer to our beach vacation. My kids talk about it non stop all day long so I am hoping it comes fast….. πŸ™‚ Since it’s 4th of July weekend I added a grilled chicken recipe for all the BBQ’s on the 4th. It is my favorite marinated and grilled chicken recipe. Ever! It’s just bursting with flavor.

Skillet turkey taco pasta is a one pot meal made in a skillet pan on the stove. Cheesy, flavorful turkey with tender pasta, beans, tomatoes, and seasonings. If you need dinner in 30 minutes then this it!

SKILLET TURKEY TACO PASTA

Everything cooks in one skillet pan. Even the pasta! Top with your favorite taco toppings for a quick, 30 minute dinner.

Thai coconut chicken is a must make for grilling season. Chicken marinated in a mixture of coconut milk, lime, curry powder, and other spices. Fire up the grill and grill this chicken for an easy, delicious, and less mess dinner.

GRILLED THAI COCONUT LIME CHICKEN

Hands down, my favorite grilled chicken recipe! Prepare the marinade in the morning and let it all hang out in the fridge all day. Fire up the grill when it’s dinnertime. So much flavor, so much moisture and tenderness…. really good!

Sante Fe chicken salad wraps are loaded with a flavorful creamy dressing,Β chicken, beans, corn, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado. A few minutes to prepare the chicken salad is all you need for a no oven dinner that is sure to be delicious and filling!

SANTA FE CHICKEN SALAD WRAPS

No oven needed for these chicken salad wraps with a southwest twist! Loaded with a creamy chicken salad mixture with beans and corn added in, lettuce, and avocado. Perfect easy dinner for a hot summer night.

Dinner does not get any easier than this 7 can chicken taco soup! Dump 7 cans into a pot plus some seasonings and that's it! Serve with tortilla chips, cheese, and sour cream. You won't believe how yummy & easy it is.

7 CAN CHICKEN TACO SOUP

I know soup is the last thing you think of for a summer dinner….. but, this is so incredibly easy that’s it perfect for those days you need a quick dinner or don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen. I never ever use canned chicken except for this soup. Somehow it works. Promise πŸ™‚

French bread pizza is topped with jazzed up jarred pizza sauce, pepperoni, and lots of cheese. It's a 30 minute dinner that's perfect for a busy weeknight meal.

FRENCH BREAD PIZZA

My kids love this pizza! It’s so easy that they make it on their own. Bakes up nice and crispy with a soft bread middle, and a cheesy top. Serve with a green salad for an easy and delicious dinner that will get devoured.

S'mores cookie cups are baked in a mini muffin pan. Graham cracker cookie base, with a toasted marshmallow, and a piece of gooey chocolate on top! Now you can enjoy campfire toasty s'more all year round for dessert.

S’MORES COOKIE CUPS

I could eat an entire batch of these myself. Sooooo good and perfect for summertime!
