Many of you wonderful readers know that my oldest just started kindergarten this year. His bus comes at 7:05 a.m! Is it just me or does that seem really early? It’s crazy. He’s done a great job waking up to his alarm and he does great at coming upstairs to wake mommy up too 🙂 Yes, I admit it, I am so not a morning person. This smoothie could not be more easy. Simply dump all the ingredients into your blender of choice and blend up until combined and smooth. Serves 2 smoothies (about 1 cup each)
- 1 1/2 cups fat-free milk
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 container (5.2 oz) coconut Greek yogurt
- 1 packet (1.26 oz) Vanilla Carnation Breakfast Essentials®
- Combine all ingredients together in a blender. Blend until smooth and combined.
- Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
