Prepare a cookie sheet (12"x18") by lining with parchment paper, silpat liner, or spray with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, add the cake mix, oil, eggs, and toffee bits.
Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough (medium size cookie scoop) and place 12 per cookie sheet.
Bake for 9-11 minutes.
Allow the cookies to cool on the cookie sheet for 5-10 minutes and then remove them to a cooling rack to cool completely.
With a box of cake mix, oil, eggs, and some add-ins you can have cookies in no time at all.
