These Chicken Lettuce Wraps taste just like the ones from the famous P.F Changs restaurant. Ground chicken, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, hoisin sauce, water chestnuts, and a touch of brown sugar and hot sauce. Serve with some bib lettuce for the best ground chicken lettuce wrap.

Notes
You can use any lettuce you want for this recipe. If you want something cheaper with lots of crunch, go with a romaine lettuce. But for true lettuce wraps use bib or boston lettuce. Costco sells a two pack of bib lettuce for only a few dollars that works perfect for these chicken lettuce wraps. I add the drained water chestnuts into my food processor of food chopper and chop until small pieces form. You could also just use a cutting board and knife. If you want more spice then add up to 1-2 teaspoons of hot sauce. I only add the 1/2 teaspoon (as written in the recipe) and it provides some flavor but it's not too spicy that my kids won't eat it. If you're worried about the spice level you could add 1/4 teaspoon or less.
