Notes
Serving Size : This recipe makes 4 cups of smoothie. Each serving being 1 cup. The nutrition information is for 1 cup of the smoothie with regular orange juice, full amount of honey, and regular peach yogurt (Yoplait brand). Nutrition information will vary depending on what ingredients you use. Orange Juice : I love the Simply Orange brand. If you want less sugar then use a reduced-sugar orange juice or lite orange juice. I have also seen orange juice with pineapple or banana at the store. Lots of ways to switch this up if needed.Yogurt : I use regular peach yogurt (Yoplait or Tillamook brand) but you can use a lite yogurt, Greek yogurt, etc. I have also seen low sugar Greek yogurt. If I am making this smoothie for me then I always use a low-sugar peach Greek yogurt. Honey : I would highly suggest at least using some honey in this recipe, as it helps with the acidity. If needed, you can substitute with maple syrup or agave nectar. I've never tried either of those substitutes in this recipe but I know honey can be substituted with them.
