Have you seen the latest viral snack on social media? These Strawberry Clusters are a healthy treat made with fresh strawberries, greek yogurt, and dipped in melted chocolate. You're going to love how easy these chocolate strawberry yogurt clusters are to make!
1½cupschocolate chips OR chocolate baking bars(*see notes below)
1tablespooncoconut oil
flaky sea salt(optional topping)
Instructions
Prep : Place a piece of parchment paper or wax paper onto a baking sheet or cookie sheet.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the chopped strawberries and greek yogurt until combined well. Scoop tablespoons of the mixture onto the parchment paper. * Recipe makes 10 clusters and each one is about 2-3 tablespoons.
2 cups chopped fresh strawberries, 1 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt
Place the baking sheet inside the freezer for 1 hour.
Add the chocolate and coconut oil into a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second increments, stirring well after each one, until the chocolate is shiny and completely smooth.
Place 1 frozen strawberry cluster into the melted chocolate and use a fork to thoroughly coat it all around. Place the chocolate-covered cluster back onto the parchment paper. Repeat with the remaining clusters. * If using sea salt, immediately sprinkle some on after placing the cluster back onto the parchment paper. Make sure to sprinkle it on while it's still wet. * I use a plastic fork for this to make clean-up a breeze.
flaky sea salt
Place the clusters back into the freezer and allow them to set. This will happen really quickly!* Store the clusters in the freezer at all times and serve frozen.

Notes
Nutrition Information : The amounts listed are with dark chocolate as the coating and plain Greek yogurt. Chocolate : Use dark chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate, or milk chocolate. You can use either chocolate chips OR use baking bars. You will need 1.5 cups of chocolate chips or about 2 bars (4 ounces each) of the baking chocolate (chop it up to equal about 1.5 cups and so it will melt quicker). Greek Yogurt : Use your favorite! I LOVE the flavor and rich texture of the Greek Gods brand of plain greek yogurt. It's best to use a whole milk, full-fat greek yogurt because it tastes the best and freezes really well.
