Monster cookie energy balls are a great afternoon energy boost or perfect for an after school snack. Hearty oats, chocolate chips, peanut butter, honey, and m&m's make these energy balls so delicious and fun. They only take minutes to make and kids can even do it themselves!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups whole old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini m&m's

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Shape into balls, about 1" in size or whatever size you prefer. Place on a small cookie sheet or large plate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Store leftovers covered in the fridge. 

  2. ** if your hands are getting too sticky and messy, spray them with cooking spray to help prevent some sticking
