Ingredients

  • 2 packages (16 oz each) frozen corn
  • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed
  • 4 tablespoons butter, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of the slow cooker with cooking spray.

  2. Combine al ingredients in the slow cooker and stir together. Cover with lid and cook on low heat for 3-4 hours.

  3. ** To prevent the corn from burning and/or sticking to the sides, stir the corn 1-2 times during the cooking time.

    Serve with a slotted spoon!

Recipe Notes

Feel free to add some ground black pepper if wanted. I never do because the flavor is a bit strong for my kids.

You can use yellow corn, white corn, or a combination of both. Be sure you are getting regular frozen corn, and not the microwave 1 minute frozen corn.
