This Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip could not be simpler or easier! Just combine a few ingredients into the slow cooker and let it do all the work. This dip will be ready in just a couple of hours. Serve with baguette slices, crackers, or tortilla chips for a delicious appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
1bag (10 oz)baby spinachroughly chopped
1can (13.75 oz)artichoke heartsdrained and chopped
1bar (8 oz)cream cheesecut into chunks
1cupsour cream
2cupsshredded mozzarella cheese
1/2cupgrated Parmesan cheese
4garlic cloves
¼teaspoonkosher salt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Spray the insert of the slow cooker with cooking spray.
Add all ingredients into the insert of the slow cooker and stir. It won't be perfectly combined but just mix it as best as you can.
Cook on LOW for 4 hours. Stir 2-3 times during the cook time.
Stir well before serving. Serve with wheat thins, baguette slices, or other crackers of choice.
