Slow Cooker Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip

This Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip could not be simpler or easier! Just combine a few ingredients into the slow cooker and let it do all the work. This dip will be ready in just a couple of hours. Serve with baguette slices, crackers, or tortilla chips for a delicious appetizer or snack. 


  • 1 bag (10 oz) baby spinach roughly chopped
  • 1 can (13.75 oz) artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 bar (8 oz) cream cheese cut into chunks
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


  • Spray the insert of the slow cooker with cooking spray.
  • Add all ingredients into the insert of the slow cooker and stir. It won't be perfectly combined but just mix it as best as you can.
  • Cook on LOW for 4 hours. Stir 2-3 times during the cook time.
  • Stir well before serving. Serve with wheat thins, baguette slices, or other crackers of choice.
