Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz) ready-to-use Oreo cookie crust
  • 1 bar (8 oz) cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 carton (8 oz) Cool Whip thawed
  • 1/4 cup hot fudge sauce

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl with a hand mixer, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and peanut butter until combined and creamy.
  • Fold in the Cool Whip until combined well.
  • Evenly spread mixture into the prepared Oreo cookie crust.
  • Warm up the hot fudge sauce (in the microwave for about 30-45 seconds) and drizzle it over the top of the peanut butter filling.
Use a toothpick to gently swirl the hot fudge. Don't go deep into the pie, rather just skim the top of the pie with the toothpick to swirl.
  • Cover the pie with the enclosed plastic lid from the Oreo crust and refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving.
    * You can also make this the day before and let it refrigerate overnight.

Notes

Cream Cheese : Make sure that the cream cheese is well softened so it will mix in smoothly. If it's too cold, you will end up with small chunks of cream cheese in the filling. I put the cream cheese in the microwave for about 30 seconds to get it nice and soft (but not hot) before using in the recipe. You don't want it hot, just softened.
Oreo Crust : You will find this in the baking aisle at the grocery store. Near the dry pudding mixes and chocolate chips. If you can't find it, then go ahead and use a chocolate graham cracker crust instead.
Hot Fudge : You can use the extra to drizzle over the slices of pie before serving. Or if you prefer more hot fudge on the pie, then feel free to use slightly more.
Peanut Butter : For best texture for this no bake pie, do not use all-natural peanut butter. It is a thicker texture, and grainy compared to the regular peanut butter with all the fat and oils.
