Ingredients

  • 6 cups ginger ale
  • 6 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups orange juice

Garnishes

  • frozen cranberries
  • lime slices
  • orange slices

Instructions

  • * Make sure all the drinks are chilled before making the punch. Either buy frozen cranberries or buy a bag of fresh cranberries and stick them in the freezer 1-2 days ahead of time.
  • Pour the ginger ale, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and orange juice into a 2 gallon drink dispenser or punch bowl.
    * Recipes makes 1 gallon which is equal to 16 cups + the garnishes, it's best to use a 1.5 gallon or 2 gallon drink dispenser, bowl, or pitcher.
  • Stir it gently to combine. Add the frozen cranberries, lime slices, and orange slices to the punch.
    * Add as much, or as little, of the garnishes as you prefer.
  • Serve! I recommend adding ice to the cups rather than inside the punch. Ice will water it down pretty quickly, which can change the taste of the punch.

Notes

Ginger Ale : Zero sugar or regular sugar ginger ale both work great. Use whichever you prefer. You can also switch it out for Sprite or 7-up. They make a Holiday Sprite with cranberry that would be yummy too.
More Servings : This punch easily doubles if serving a crowd. Simply double every punch ingredient. Garnishes can stay the same.
Variations : Feel free to switch up the cranberry juice for some of the flavor variations (cran-apple, cran-raspberry, cran-pineapple, etc). You can use pineapple juice from the can or jug found in the juice aisle, or in the refrigerated sections with the other cold juices. Try using orange juice with pineapple juice in it for more pineapple/citrus flavor.
Frozen Cranberries : Sometimes you can buy these already frozen, if not, just buy a bag of fresh cranberries and throw the bag into the freezer 1-2 days ahead of time. Don't skip the frozen cranberries! They act as ice without watering down the drink when they thaw/melt.
