Ingredients
1lblean ground beef
1cupsalsa verde
1/2teaspoonchili powder
1/2teaspooncumin
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
1/4 teaspoononion powder
1/4 teaspoonbrown sugar
1/8teaspoonground oregano
1/8teaspoonground coriander
Instructions
In a skillet pan, over medium high heat, brown and crumble the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain if necessary.
Turn heat to low and add the salsa verde and spices. Mix together and let simmer for about 5-8 minutes.
Serve inside crunchy corn taco shells or soft tacos with desired toppings.
Notes
In place of all the spices you can use a packet of taco seasoning but I really recommend making your own according the recipe. The taste is crazy good!If you want more sweetness then increase the brown sugar to 1/2 teaspoon.Measure out all the spices into a small bowl and have them ready to go.
