Ingredients
1lblean ground beef
1can (15 oz)corndrained well
1can (16 oz)original baked beansdo not drain
1/3cupBBQ sauce
1tablespoonketchup
1teaspoonyellow mustard
1/2teaspooncumin
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoononion powder
1/2teaspoonchili powder
Serving
corn taco shells or flour tortillas
shredded cheese
chopped tomatoes or pico de gallo
sour cream, green onion, cilantro, guacamole, etc
Instructions
In a large skillet pan, over medium-high heat, cook and crumble the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain any excess grease/moisture.
Add in the remaining ingredients and stir together. Bring to a low boil and then reduce heat to medium-low and let it simmer for about 15 minutes, or until thickened.
Serve with corn taco shells and taco toppings of your choice.

BBQ Sauce : Make sure you use a bbq sauce that you love the flavor of. I use Kinder's brand or Sweet Baby Ray's. I prefer using original bbq sauce but you can use the flavored ones if wanted (spicy, brown sugar, honey, etc).Baked Beans : Do not drain these! I recommend using the original baked beans and not using a flavored baked bean in this recipe. Nutrition Information : This recipe makes enough for 10 tacos. The nutrition information listed is for one taco which is the bbq beef mixture + a corn taco shell. It does not include the toppings.
