Spray the insert of the slow cooker with cooking spray. Unwrap the ham and place it flat side down into the slow cooker.
In a saucepan, over medium-high heat, combine the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, and water. Heat and stir until the sugar is dissolved. About 1-2 minutes. Pour the glaze over the ham.
Cover with the lid and cook on LOW heat for 5-6 hours. * 3-4 times during the cook time, take a baster or a large spoon, and pour some of the glaze over top of the ham.
Take the ham out and place onto a serving plate. At the end of the cook time the slices of ham should be noticeable so take a knife and finish cutting the slices. Use the glaze from the slow cooker and pour some over the ham slices. Serve!
(Optional) Thicken the Glaze
Pour the liquid from the slow cooker into a sauce pan. Set the heat to medium-high. Mix together the cornstarch + water and pour into the saucepan. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until it boils. Reduce heat and let simmer until desired thickness is reached. *As it sits off the heat it will thicken up more** If wanted, use a fine mesh strainer to strain the liquid before pouring it into the saucepan. This would make the gravy smooth with no fat chunks or anything it it. I prefer to do it this way.

Notes
My ham was 4 pounds so it was done at about 5 hours of cook time. If your ham is 5 pounds or slightly larger, then you may need the full 6 hours. Make sure the ham you buy is PRE-COOKED. You are basically just bringing the ham to temperature in the slow cooker and infusing it with a sweet honey glaze. No need to temp the ham. Just watch it and pull it out when it's done (again, about 5-6 hours cook time).
