These chocolatey and fudgey 3-Ingredient Nutella Brownies are so easy to make with only three main ingredients - Nutella, eggs, and flour! It's a quick and easy brownie recipe for all the Nutella lovers.
Preheat the oven to 350℉. Grease a 8x8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray or line it with a sheet of parchment paper that has been cut to fit.* I like to leave an overhang of parchment paper to make the brownies easy to lift out and cut. It also helps to spray the pan first before laying down the parchment paper - the cooking spray helps the parchment paper adhere to the pan and not move.
In a large bowl, add the Nutella and large eggs. Stir together, with a spatula or whisk, until well combined.
Add in the flour and gently stir just until combined.
Transfer the brownie batter to the prepared pan.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean.
Remove the brownies from the oven and allow them to cool inside the pan before cutting into squares. The brownies can be eaten warm or cooled down to room temperature.
Notes
Want Fluffier Less Fudgey Brownies? : To make fluffier and less fudgy brownies, add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.Optional Chocolate Chunks : I love adding a little extra chocolate but you don't need to! Instead of chocolate chunks you could use chopped hazelnuts, chocolate chips, mini chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, or even white chocolate chips or white chocolate baking chunks. Leftover Brownies : Store leftovers at room temperature, covered, for up to 3-4 days. If freezing, wrap brownie squares in plastic wrap and then in foil (store the wrapped brownies in a freezer-safe bag) and freeze for up to 3 months. Let it thaw in the fridge overnight and bring to room temperature before eating, or microwave it. Leftovers Tip : As the brownies sit at room temperature they may lose their fudgey delicious texture. I recommend warming up the brownie in the microwave for 15-30 seconds to get it tasting fresh again.
