Preheat the oven to 375℉. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the chocolate chip cookie mix, oil, milk, and egg until a soft dough forms. * It may seem slightly dry but it will come together once well mixed. Use a spatula or scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl, and use your clean hands if needed to make sure everything is well combined. If it's still too dry add 1 teaspoon of additional milk at a time.
1 bag (17.5 oz) chocolate chip cookie mix, 1/4 cup canola oil, 1 tablespoon milk, 1 large egg
Stir in the chopped Snickers.
1 cup chopped Snickers
Use a medium cookie scoop, 1½ tablespoons of dough, to scoop the cookies out and roll into a ball. Place 12 cookies per baking sheet.
Bake for 8-11 minutes or until the edges are set.
After baking, allow the cookies to cool on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes before removing them to a cooling rack to cool completely. Or eat one warm!
Notes
For pretty looking bakery-style cookies, gently press additional chopped snickers on top of the cookies when they come out of the oven. This will also help flatten them slightly if they did not flatten while baking.
I always recommend using parchment paper sheets when baking cookies. Not only do they help the cookies bake more evenly, it also prevents the bottoms of the cookies from browning at all.
