Ground Beef Ramen is an easy recipe that's bursting with asian flavor. The perfect quick meal for busy weeknights made with one pound of ground beef, ramen noodles, and a savory sauce. No more making plain ramen noodles ever again!
3packages (3 oz)instant ramen noodles(discard the seasoning packet)
2teaspoonssesame oil
4garlic cloves(minced, pressed, or paste)
1poundground beef
3green onionsthinly sliced
1/4cupsoy sauce
1tablespoonpacked light brown sugar
1tablespoonsginger paste OR fresh grated ginger
1teaspoonsriracha(less or more to taste)
Instructions
Cook the ramen noodles according to the package directions. When done, drain the ramen noodles in a strainer but do not rinse them. * Remember to discard the seasoning packet as that will make the final dish too salty.

In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, add the sesame oil, garlic, and ground beef. Cook and crumble until the beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess grease from the pan.
Stir the green onions, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and sriracha into the ground beef. Cook for 2 minutes to combine the flavors.

Stir the ramen noodles into the ground beef mixture until combined well. Serve!
Notes
Ramen Noodles : I like using the packages of instant ramen noodles (the cheap 3 ounce size ones). You can also buy a package of more authentic ramen noodles - they usually come in an 8 ounce sized bag, which is fine for the recipe. It doesn't matter the 'flavor' of the ramen noodles as you won't use the seasoning packet anyways. If you prefer less noodle then only use two packages of ramen noodles (6 ounces).Green Onions : This is not 3 bunches of green onions. It's only 3 pieces of green onion. One bunch of green onions is all you need cause you only need to use 3 of them in the bunch.
