Ingredients

  • 1 bag (17.5 oz) oatmeal cookie mix
  • 1/3 cup whole old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉. Lightly spray a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the dry contents from the oatmeal cookie mix along with the whole old-fashioned oats until combined.

  • Add in the melted butter, egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir with a rubber spatula until combined well.

  • Stir in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips until incorporated.

  • Use a medium cookie scoop, about 1.5 tablespoons, to scoop out the cookies and place 12 per cookie sheet. Flatten each cookie slightly with the palm of your hand or bottom of a clean glass cup.
    * They should look like a thick disc shape rather than balls.
  • Cook for 9-12 minutes or until the edges are light browned and the cookies are set.
  • Let the cookies cool on the warm cookie sheet for about 5-10 minutes before removing them to a cooling rack to cool completely, or enjoy them warm! So yummy when warm.
