Crockpot Christmas Candy

Make this easy 3 ingredient Crockpot Christmas Candy this holiday season. Give the oven a break and make these sweet and salty chocolate peanut clusters inside a slow cooker. Chocolate flavored almond bark, roasted peanuts, and Christmas sprinkles is all it takes!

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (24 oz each) chocolate flavored almond bark
  • 1 container (35 oz) dry roasted peanuts
  • Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  • Break the chocolate almond bark into the squares and put them inside a crockpot. Add the dry roasted peanuts on top and spread them out evenly.

  • Cover with the lid and set the crockpot to LOW heat and cook for 1 hour. Stir the candy well and then cook for an additional 30 minutes or until the almond bark is completely melted. 
  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining with parchment paper, foil, or wax paper. Use a large cookie scoop, 3 tablespoons, to scoop the candy out of the crockpot and onto the parchment paper. Repeat until all the peanut clusters are made.
  • Immediately decorate each candy cluster with the Christmas sprinkles. Allow the candy to dry and set at room temperature for 1 hour.
