2packages (24 oz each)chocolate flavored almond bark
1container (35 oz)dry roasted peanuts
Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
Break the chocolate almond bark into the squares and put them inside a crockpot. Add the dry roasted peanuts on top and spread them out evenly.
Cover with the lid and set the crockpot to LOW heat and cook for 1 hour. Stir the candy well and then cook for an additional 30 minutes or until the almond bark is completely melted.
Prepare a baking sheet by lining with parchment paper, foil, or wax paper. Use a large cookie scoop, 3 tablespoons, to scoop the candy out of the crockpot and onto the parchment paper. Repeat until all the peanut clusters are made.
Immediately decorate each candy cluster with the Christmas sprinkles. Allow the candy to dry and set at room temperature for 1 hour.
