Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (16 oz) baked beans, do not drain
  • 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • corn taco shells & choice of taco toppings

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet pan over medium-high heat cook ground beef until no longer pink, crumble beef as you cook it. Drain and return to pan.
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and stir together. Bring to a low boil and then reduce heat to medium-low and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Serve with taco shells and taco toppings of your choice.

Recipe Notes

Use a BBQ sauce that you love! We really like Sweet Baby Ray's brand so that's what I use. You can use an original BBQ sauce, a honey BBQ sauce, or even a spicy one.
