  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (16 oz) baked beans, do not drain
  • 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • corn taco shells & choice of taco toppings

Instructions

  • In a large skillet pan over medium-high heat cook ground beef until no longer pink, crumble beef as you cook it. Drain and return to pan.
  • Add in the remaining ingredients and stir together. Bring to a low boil and then reduce heat to medium-low and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve with taco shells and taco toppings of your choice.

Notes

Use a BBQ sauce that you love! We really like Sweet Baby Ray's brand so that's what I use. You can use an original BBQ sauce, a honey BBQ sauce, or even a spicy one.
