1lblean ground beef
1can(15 oz) corn, drained
1can(16 oz) baked beans, do not drain
corn taco shells & choice of taco toppings
In a large skillet pan over medium-high heat cook ground beef until no longer pink, crumble beef as you cook it. Drain and return to pan.
Add in the remaining ingredients and stir together. Bring to a low boil and then reduce heat to medium-low and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
Serve with taco shells and taco toppings of your choice.
Use a BBQ sauce that you love! We really like Sweet Baby Ray's brand so that's what I use. You can use an original BBQ sauce, a honey BBQ sauce, or even a spicy one.
