Add the beef stew meat, finely diced onion, parmesan garlic sauce, and beef broth into your crockpot. Stir to combine everything.
1½ pounds beef stew meat, 1 small onion, 1 bottle (12 oz) parmesan garlic sauce, 1/2 cup beef broth
Cover with the lid and cook on LOW heat for 7-8 hours.* I don't recommend cooking on high heat because the beef won't be as tender & soft, but you can if wanted, on HIGH heat for 3-4 hours.
Top the steak bites with parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley. Serve warm, from the crockpot, as is, over rice, mashed potatoes, or pasta. Enjoy!

Notes
Creamy Sauce : To make the sauce creamier, you could add 1/2 cup heavy cream or mix in a block of cream cheese that is well softened (so it doesn't lump up). I suggest microwaving the cream cheese for 30-40 seconds before adding it to the crockpot at the end of the cook time.Other Steak Options : If you want to use a more tender and lean cut of steak, good options are sirloin steak or a round-eye roast steak that has been cubed. What Is Beef Stew Meat? : Beef stew meat refers to cubes of inexpensive, tougher cuts of beef, such as chuck steak or round steak, that are pre-cut for stewing recipes. The long slow cooking process in a liquid helps to break down the tough connective tissue in these cuts, making the meat tender, juicy, and flavorful. The meat is sold and labeled as 'beef stew meat' and it will be in pre-cut chunks.
