Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook and crumble the ground beef and onions until softened and the meat is no longer pink. Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
1 pound lean ground beef, 1 small onion
Stir in the garlic cloves and hamburger seasoning, and cook for 1 minute.
3 garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons hamburger seasoning
Transfer the ground beef mixture to the prepared pie plate and spread it into an even layer in the bottom.
In a medium mixing bowl, stir the bisquick, milk, and eggs until thoroughly combined. Pour the mixture over top the beef filling in the pie plate.
1 cup bisquick, 1 cup whole milk, 2 large eggs
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over top.
1½ cups shredded medium cheddar cheese
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and the pie is golden brown.
Let the hamburger pie set for 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
