Ingredients
2cupsall-purpose flour
3tablespoonsgranulated sugar
4teaspoonsbaking powder
¼teaspoonsalt
1¾cupbuttermilk
1/2cup (1 stick)buttermelted
2largeeggs
1tablespoonvanilla extract

Instructions
Heat up your waffle iron while you prepare the waffle batter.
In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir with a whisk. Make a well in the center.
Into the well in the center, add the buttermilk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir gently with a silicone spatula or wooden spoon just until combined and no flour streaks remain.
Let the batter rest for 2 minutes.
Spray the waffle iron with cooking spray and dump 1/2 cup of waffle batter onto it. Repeat with remaining waffles. Cook to desired crispness level. * All waffle makers or irons are different sizes so you may need less batter or more batter for each waffle. This can also change the yield of the recipe to 4-6 waffles.
Serve waffles hot with butter, syrup of choice, fresh fruit, and whipped cream.
