Notes
What cheese do I use? I use Colby Jack cheese but you can also use cheddar cheese or Pepper Jack cheese for some spice. Is tomato juice the same thing as V8? No it's not. Tomato juice can be found in the juice aisle and it will say 'tomato juice' on the front. I have never used V8 juice in this recipe so I can't say how it will change the flavor. Tomato juice is easy to find and common so I would suggest using it instead of trying to substitute with something else like V8.
