Hawaiian Pork Chops

These delicious and fall apart tender Hawaiian Pork Chops are made right in the slow cooker for an easy dinner.

6 boneless pork chops 1 can pineapple slices with juice 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup light brown sugar 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar 1 tablespoon tomato paste 4 cloves garlic

INGREDIENTS

Place pork chops into the bottom of your slow cooker. Pour the pineapple slices and juice (just dump the entire can in) over top the pork.

Add the soy sauce, light brown sugar, rice vinegar, tomato paste, and garlic cloves in the slow cooker. Give it a good stir and then arrange the pineapple slices over top of the pork.

Cover with the lid and cook on LOW heat for 6-8 hours.

Serve a pork chop over top some rice, drizzle some extra sauce over top the pork chop and add some of the pineapple slices from the crockpot.
