  • 1 oz flavored syrup
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • whipped cream & fruit chunks (optional garnish)

  • Add in the flavored syrup and then the sparkling water. Give it a gentle stir to combine.
8 oz sparkling water, 1 oz flavored syrup
  • Top the drink with the heavy cream. You can leave the drink as it is, or gently swirl it around to combine the cream into the Italian soda.
    1 oz heavy cream
  • Garnish with whipped cream (homemade or store-bought) and chopped fruit garnishes to match the syrup flavor you used.

Notes

1 oz = 6 teaspoons, 8 oz = 1 cup
I use a shot glass measuring cup to make it really simple to measure out 1 oz.
Sparkling Water : This is just plain carbonated water. You can use sparkling water, seltzer water, or club soda.
Nutrition Information : This was calculated using the full sugar syrup flavoring. Not sugar-free.
Heavy Cream : You can use half and half if wanted. Although, you will probably need more of it to make the drink creamy.
Flavored Syrups : I use the Torani brand which I buy on Amazon. You can also find them at grocery stores or at restaurant supply stores. You can use sugar-free syrups if wanted.
