Ingredients

  • 1 container (5.3 oz) vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  • Combine the vanilla greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey in a mixing bowl until thoroughly combined and mixed well.
1 container (5.3 oz) vanilla greek yogurt, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 3 tablespoons honey
  • This yogurt dip can be served right away, or refrigerate it for 1-2 hours before serving, for a chilled dip. I prefer eating the dip chilled. Keep the dip stored in the fridge.
  • Serve with apple slices (red or green apples are both delicious) and/or fresh fruit like pineapple, strawberries, and grapes.

Notes

You can use any peanut butter you love (or have in your pantry) in this recipe. I have used all different kinds and it's been delicious each time. Our favorite would have to be the honey roasted peanut butter by Peter Pan brand.
If you want less sugar/less sweet then try using a container of plain greek yogurt instead of vanilla. If using plain yogurt, you may want to add some vanilla extract.
