This peanut butter greek yogurt apple dip is an easy, 3-ingredient dip that takes just seconds to prepare and it’s loaded with protein! I love to give this to my kids for an after school snack.
We’re still up to our eyeballs in apples here at my house. We went apple picking over the weekend and let’s just say that every year, I grossly over estimate the amount of apples that we can eat 🙂 My fridge is full of apples and my counters.
Thankfully this easy, 3-ingredient apple dip has helped to eat up some of those apples. It literally takes seconds to come together and it tastes like the inside of a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup. For real. Try it!
Peanut Butter, vanilla greek yogurt, and honey is all you need. Combine it together in a bowl and mix it up! That’s it. Serve with some apple slices and you have a healthy, protein-packed snack.
If I don’t have something for my kids to eat after school they usually end up helping themselves to chips or ice cream bars in the freezer. I love this simple apple dip because it’s healthier than anything they would pick out themselves but it tastes like candy to them.
Give it a try and let me know what you think 🙂 See you next time, friends!
I really liked this dip cold. It can easily be made ahead of time and kept in the fridge.
Spray your tablespoon measurer with cooking spray before adding the honey. The honey will slide right out and there will no sticking.
- 1 container (5.3 oz) Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined.
- Serve with apple slices. Refrigerate leftovers.
