Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust
3/4cupgraham cracker crumbs(reserve 1 tablespoon for garnish)
1/4cupgranulated sugar
4tablespoonsbuttermelted
S'mores Brownies
1box (18.3 oz)brownie mix(plus ingredients listed on the back of the box mix)
1½cupmini marshmallows
3/4cupbroken milk chocolate bar pieces
Instructions
Preheat the oven to the time specified on the back of the brownie mix box. Spray a 9x9-inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
Make The Graham Cracker Crust : In a mixing bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Firmly press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the pan to form an even crust layer. ** Make sure to reserve/set aside 1 tablespoon of the graham cracker crumbs for garnish later.
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 4 tablespoons butter
Make The S'mores Brownies : Prepare the brownie mix according to the box instructions (typically it calls for egg, oil, and water). Pour the brownie batter over the graham cracker crust, making sure to spread it out evenly.
1 box (18.3 oz) brownie mix
Bake according to the instructions on the back of the brownie mix box, about 40-45 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and immediately sprinkle the mini marshmallows over top the brownie layer, and then place the milk chocolate pieces over top the marshmallows. Sprinkle the reserved tablespoon of graham cracker crumbs over top.
1½ cup mini marshmallows, 3/4 cup broken milk chocolate bar pieces
Broil on high for 1-2 minutes to toast the marshmallows until golden brown and slightly melt the chocolate squares.
Allow the brownies to cool completely, at room temperature, before slicing and serving.
