1 box (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix 1 cup whole milk 4 large Granny Smith apples (washed & dried) 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 1 lemon) 18 fun size Snickers candy bars 8 ounces Cool Whip thawed
Add the dry instant pudding mix and whole milk into a large mixing bowl. Whisk together until combined and it starts to thicken. Set aside.

Cut all 4 apples into small 1/2-inch cubes and place them in a bowl. Toss the apples with the lemon juice. Set the apples aside.

Next, chop the Snickers candy bars into 1/2-inch chunks. Reserve 1/2 cup for later.

Add the Cool Whip into the pudding and stir together with a rubber spatula until combined together.

Add the apple chunks and Snickers chunks into the pudding mixture and stir to combine everything together.
Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate 1-2 hours and serve chilled. You can also serve the salad right away if wanted.
