In a medium saucepan, over medium-low heat, add the milk and heat it up while continuously stirring.

Once the milk is frothing around the edges and warmed add the white chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt (if using).

Continue to stir until all the ingredients are thoroughly blended and the white chips have melted.

Pour the hot chocolate into mugs and top with mini marshmallows, whipped cream, and white chocolate bar curls.
