1 lb ground beef 1 can tomato sauce ½ teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon pepper 1 package wide egg noodles 3/4 cup sour cream 1 container cottage cheese 2 cups shredded cheese
Heat oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9x13 baking dish and spray with cooking spray.
Cook the ground beef. Add the tomato sauce, onion powder, salt, and pepper into the meat.
Stir and let it simmer, over medium heat, while the egg noodles cook.
Cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Stir together the noodles, sour cream and cottage cheese.
Pour half the egg noodle mixture into your prepared pan, top with half the ground beef mixture, and then half the shredded cheese. Repeat.
Cover with foil and cook for 20 minutes.
