Grilled Shrimp Skewers

Maximum flavor with charred exterior!

3 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons lemon juice  1 teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning ½ teaspoon sea salt ½ teaspoon paprika ¼ teaspoon black pepper 1 pound large raw shrimp

In a large mixing bowl whisk together the extra-virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, paprika, and black pepper.

Place the peeled and deveined shrimp into the prepared marinade mixture and marinate for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place 4-5 shrimp on a skewer.

Place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are opaque.

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and lemon wedges. We like to squeeze a lemon wedge over top the shrimp.
