White Chocolate Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies

A Christmas Cookie that requires no rolling or shaping!

1 bag (17.5 oz) oatmeal cookie mix 1/3 cup whole old-fashioned oats 1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter 1 large egg 1 tablespoon whole milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup dried cranberries 3/4 cup white chocolate chips

INGREDIENTS

In a large bowl, whisk together the dry contents from the oatmeal cookie mix along with the whole old-fashioned oats until combined.

Add in the melted butter, egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir with a rubber spatula until combined well.

Stir in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips until incorporated.

Use a medium cookie scoop, to scoop out the cookies and place 12 per cookie sheet. Flatten each cookie slightly with the palm of your hand or bottom of a clean glass cup.

Cook for 9-12 minutes or until the edges are light browned and the cookies are set.

Let the cookies cool on the warm cookie sheet for about 5-10 minutes before removing them to a cooling rack to cool completely, or enjoy them warm!
