Southwest Chicken Burrito Bowl

Make these easy burrito bowls for a perfect dinner that the entire family will love.

1½ pounds chicken breasts 1 can corn  1 can  black beans  1 can Rotel 1 cup salsa 1 lime

Spray the insert of the crockpot with cooking spray. Lay the chicken breasts on the bottom.

Add in the corn, black beans, rotel, salsa, and fresh lime juice. Cover with the lid and cook on LOW heat for 6-7 hours.

When done, use two forks to shred the chicken and then mix everything together to combine well.

Serve the chicken burrito filing over top some cooked rice and then pile high with all your favorite burrito toppings.
