3 packages instant ramen noodles 2 teaspoons sesame oil 4 garlic cloves 1 pound ground beef 3 green onions 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 tablespoon light brown sugar 1 tablespoons ginger paste 1 teaspoon sriracha
Cook the ramen noodles according to the package directions. When done, drain the ramen noodles in a strainer but do not rinse them.
In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, add the sesame oil, garlic, and ground beef. Cook and crumble until the beef is no longer pink.
Stir the green onions, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and sriracha into the ground beef. Cook for 2 minutes to combine the flavors.
Stir the ramen noodles into the ground beef mixture until combined well. Serve!
