HALLOWEEN POPCORN BALLS

Halloween Popcorn Balls are the perfect treat for a classroom party, or a fun dessert to celebrate!

2 bags microwave popcorn 4 tablespoons butter 1 bag mini marshmallows 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup Halloween Mix M&M's 1/2 cup candy corn 1 Tbsp Halloween sprinkles

1/2 cup Halloween M&Ms 1/2 cup candy corn 1 Tbsp Halloween sprinkles

Prepare the popcorn according to package directions. Place the popped popcorn into the prepared pan or bowl.

In a saucepan, over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the mini marshmallows and vanilla extract.

Continue cooking over medium-low heat, while stirring frequently, until the marshmallows are completely smooth and melted.

Carefully pour the the hot marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and let it sit for 5 minutes or until it's cool enough to place your hands on the popcorn.

Mix the popcorn and marshmallow mixture. Sprinkle the min-ins over the stop and mix. 

Use your hands to roll 14 baseball sized popcorn balls. Place the formed balls onto a surface that has been lined with parchment paper or wax paper.

Decorate your popcorn balls by pressing the remaining M&M's, candy corn, sprinkles, and the edible eyeballs into it.
