Apple & Blueberry CRumble

Warm apples & blueberries with crispy & crumbly  topping!

1 bag oatmeal cookie mix 12 tablespoons salted butter  1 cup old-fashioned oats 1 bag frozen blueberries 2 large green Granny Smith apples  1/4 cup light brown sugar 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 350℉. Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside for later. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray, set aside for later.

In a medium mixing bowl, add the oatmeal cookie mix, butter, and oats. Use an electric hand mixer to blend it together until crumbly.

Pour the oatmeal cookie crumble onto the prepared cookie sheet. Place it in the freezer while you prepare the fruit filling.

Mix together the frozen blueberries and diced apples in the prepared 9×13 baking dish. Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon over top.

Take the crumble out of the freezer and evenly sprinkle it over top the fruit.

Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the top is golden brown, the fruit is bubbling, and the apples are soft enough to pierce with a fork.

Remove the crumble from the oven and let it sit for 10 minutes before serving it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
