sugar cookie cherry cobbler

A deliciously sweet cobbler dessert.

2 cans cherry pie filling 1 package sugar cookie mix 1/2 cup  butter

Preheat the oven to 375℉. Dump the cherry pie filling into a 9×13 baking dish and spread it out into an even layer.

In a mixing bowl, stir together the dry sugar cookie mix and melted butter until combined and it forms a crumbly mixture. 

Spoon this over the cherry pie filling in the baking dish.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
