One of my favorite desserts are 7-layer magic bars or also called Hello Dolly bars. No matter what you call them, they are so amazingly delicious. Graham cracker crust soaked in sweetened condensed milk, and then loaded with coconut flakes, nuts, butterscotch chips, white chips, and chocolate chips. So yummy!

One of my other favorite desserts happens to be a monster cookie. I love the combination of oats, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and m&m’s. I have these {no flour} monster cookie bars, and this monster cookie dough “cheeseball” dip on the blog as well. So, if you’re a fan of monster cookies like me then you should really check them all out.

These monster cookie magic bars are my newest monster cookie obsession. All the things you love about monster cookies but in gooey magic bar form.

These bars have a crumbly, sweet n’ salty graham cracker crust, and then you drizzle an entire can of sweetened condensed over top and sprinkle oats, peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, and mini m&m’s over top.

With ingredients like that you really can’t go wrong.

Be sure and let these cool completely in the pan before you cut them. If you try and cut & serve them hot from the pan they will just fall apart and be a gooey mess. They probably need at least an hour to cool and then you can go ahead and cut them into squares.

I love to line my baking dish with parchment paper. That way, you just lift the bars out by the parchment paper and then it’s so much easier to cut them. Enjoy!

Monster Cookie Magic Bars

All the classic flavors you love in a monster cookie but in a magic cookie bar! These monster cookie magic bars have a salty sweet graham cracker crust and then loaded with oats, peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, m&m's and drizzled in sweetened condensed milk.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 1 stick salted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup old-fashioned OR quick oats
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 cup mini m&m's

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Mix together until all crumbs are wet. Press evenly into your prepared baking dish.
  • Drizzle the can of sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  • Sprinkle oats, peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, and mini m&m's over top of condensed milk.
  • Press down gently with your hand.
  • Bake for 20-23 minutes. Edges will be a light golden brown.
  • Let cool in pan for about 1 hour before cutting.

Notes

You can use either old-fashioned oats or quick oats. I have made these bars using both of them and I prefer using the quick oats. But whole old-fashioned oats are just fine too. Use whatever you have.
You can either crush whole graham crackers for the crumbs or just use a box of graham cracker crumbs from the store.

These are amazing! What is the best way to store them though so they stay fresh?

    1. Together As Family says:

Just covered and leave out at room temperature.

I always say no to freezing anything with dairy (and these have sweetened condensed milk) but I am no expert at all when it comes to freezing so these may freeze just fine. But as a rule in general, dairy does not freeze well.
