Welcome back to another week of delicious recipes! There’s nothing too exciting happening around my house this week – besides the usual chauffeuring my kids around to all their stuff, trying to keep the house clean, and doing 800 loads of laundry a day 😆 But for real, I thought laundry was bad when my kids were little with all the little tiny clothes to fold; but now I have two tween girls that like to change their outfits several times per day – ya’ know they got their school clothes, lounge clothes, their ‘I-am-a-little-cold outfit’, the ‘I-am-hot-outfit’, sweat shirts, sweatsuit sets, pjs, going out clothes, etc. It’s crazy and I just can’t keep up.

Which is why having a menu plan is always my sanity saver during the busy weekdays. So let’s dive right in and see the yummy food for this week. I hope you all have a wonderful week and find something to smile about each day – Jessica ❤️

TUESDAY

SLOW COOKER SALSA VERDE RANCH CHICKEN TACOS

It’s a mouthful of a name but trust me, these chicken tacos are so so good! We love these served inside flour tortillas with all the taco toppings.

Honey Lime Salsa Verde Chicken Tacos cook in the slow cooker with only 6 ingredients! Fresh lime, salsa verde, honey, sour cream, and ranch seasoning make the best chicken tacos ever.

WEDNESDAY

FIESTA CHICKEN CASSEROLE

This easy casserole recipe uses up already cooked chicken – and chances are you’ll have extra from the salsa verde ranch chicken tacos (from Tuesday!) – so use up that leftover shredded chicken in this casserole.

THURSDAY

BAKED HAM & CHEESE SANDWICHES

My tips for this recipe is to get some freshly sliced ham from the deli counter. It makes such a big difference compared to using the refrigerated processed lunch meat.

Baked Ham & Cheese Sandwiches are an easy family favorite dinner. Sweet Hawaiian rolls, deli sliced honey ham, shredded swiss cheese slathered in a delicious seasoned buttery sauce.

FRIDAY

INSTANT POT TOMATO TORTELLINI SOUP

Make some simple grilled cheese sandwiches to go along with this comforting soup.

SATURDAY

Kitchen’s Closed! Get take-out, cook a frozen pizza, door dash, or hit up your family’s favorite fast food drive-thru.

SUNDAY

CROCKPOT CHICKEN CORDON BLEU

You already have to buy deli ham for the ham & cheese sliders so buy a little extra and make this super delicious, comforting, crockpot meal that cooks itself.

DESSERT OF THE WEEK

CINNAMON SWIRL BUNDT CAKE

A bundt cake that tastes like a cinnamon roll? Yes please! This is so moist with a ribbon of cinnamon sugar in the center.
