It’s Friday! My kids are home from school today and I told them they could pick out something fun to do…. you will never guess what they said. Go to the new Walmart, haha ๐Ÿ™‚ I think they’re excited to look at the toys because you know since it’s a new store they have newer and better toys, right?!

A brand new, nice & clean, and well stocked Walmart just opened up right across from our neighborhood. It takes about 1 minute to drive there. I have to admit that I’m kind of excited too because before now there was nothing close by for when you needed a quick run for something.ย

I have a feeling that I will be frequenting that place very often. If for no other reason than to buy snickers for this no bake snickers cheesecake cream pie! You could really use any candy you want, but we love the Snickers with the caramel, chocolate, nougat, and nuts. It pairs perfectly with the creamy no bake cheesecake pie.ย

It’s a cheesecake mixed with a cream pie texture. It tastes like cheesecake but it’s softer like a cream pie. I adapted it from the super delicious and popular oreo cream pie on the blog. My son asks for that to be his birthday cake usually.ย

This pie does need to be made ahead of time so be sure and plan for that. When I made this, I actually had forgotten about it so it ended up sitting in the fridge for about 3 days. Guess what?! It was so delicious.ย

I suppose the reason for me telling you that is the pie can be made a few days in advance, if needed, and then hang out in the fridge.ย

When you’re ready to serve it there are a few things you can do (if wanted) to decorate it:

  • Freshly whipped cream + powdered sugar. Whip until stiff peaks form and then spread on top of the pie OR pipe it onto the pie. Decorate with Snicker halves or crumbles.ย
  • Drizzle chocolate over the pie
  • Leave it plain and go to town!
  • Use some Cool Whip and spread it on top or garnish each pieces with a dollop.ย

I hope you all LOVE this easy no bake pie. If you love Snickers then I know this will be a hit. Feel free to use any candy you like. I am thinking Milky Way or Butterfinger would be amazing.

I will note that I used the Snickers Bites. They come in a small bag and they’re small bite-size squares of Snickers. You can also use Fun Size ones or the check out stand sized Snickers. ย

Ingredients
Snicker Cheesecake Cream Pie
  • 1 graham cracker crust store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped Snickers or more to preference
Garnishes
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • additional chopped Snickers
Instructions
  1. In medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy {to avoid lumps make sure cream cheese is really soft or place in microwave for 20 seconds}.
  2. Add in vanilla extract and granulated sugar. Beat until combined.

  3. In separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form
  4. Using a rubber spatula, pour the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and gently mix together. Fold in the chopped Snickers and combine.

  5. Spread into the pie crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for 6 hours, or overnight, before serving. Can be made up to 2-3 days in advance and kept in fridge until ready.

  6. Optional garnishes: Beat 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream + powdered sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Pipe or spread onto pie and garnish with additional chopped Snickers. You can melt some chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzle chocolate over the pie. Or use some Cool Whip for something easier.

Recipe Notes

I have always used a store-bought graham cracker crust and it's delicious. No need to spend the time to make one, unless you want to of course.ย

You could also use a chocolate graham cracker crust.

February 19, 2018 at 4:09 pm No the store bought cheesecake filling will not work it. You just want regular cream cheese that comes in the bar.

March 13, 2018 at 11:11 pm I use just a regular graham cracker crust from the store. I have only ever seen the regular size and then the 'family size' pie crust in the stores, so I am not sure what you mean by small or large? Hopefully that maybe helps :)

April 21, 2018 at 8:13 am This is really similar to Heavenly Peanut Butter Pie that I discovered a few years ago. My kids LOVE that pie and it's an easy, often requested dessert. Now we have a Snickers option, too! Thanks!

April 21, 2018 at 8:16 am PS~ I usually make the graham cracker crust. It doesn't take very long and it is oooh so good. The store bought crust is fast but nothing can beat the taste of the home made :)
