This is one of my family’s favorite meatless meals as it’s still hearty and satisfying with pasta, cheese, and marinara sauce. Serve with a Caesar salad kit from the grocery store for dinner.
THURSDAY
These chicken fajitas have a ranch dressing twist to them and they’re so good! Made in one skillet pan with all your favorite fajita flavors + creamy ranch dressing. I always make my Homemade Ranch Dressing for the best flavor.

OVEN BAKED BBQ CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS
Chicken drumsticks are cheaper than most other cuts so this is an easy and more affordable dinner for the family! Serve with a side of Coleslaw Pasta Salad and some easy BBQ Baked Beans.
